Agnes Baricz is Head of Legal of Hungary's Colas Group, where she coordinates cross-border legal issues and provides legal support for the company group’s day-to-day operations, including construction issues, M&A, and compliance. Before joining the Colas Group in 2014 Agnes spent several years with international law firms where she specialized in construction issues and advised international construction companies.
Agnes Besze has held various positions at Borsodi Brewery, a member of the Molson Coors group, since 2008, and she currently is the Head of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department, responsible for corporate legal matters and all external and internal communication strategies. In addition, she represents Borsodi at the Association of Hungarian Brewers and works to increase the social recognition of brewing. Before her career at Borsodi, Agnes worked at Michelin Hungaria and in the public sector. She became a member of the Hungarian Bar in 2007 and received her diploma from the Faculty of Law at Pazmany Pater Catholic University in 2003.

Akos Toth is Head of Compliance and AML Officer for Porsche Group Hungary, where he is fully responsible for shaping the culture of compliance throughout the organization. Prior to joining Porsche Group in 2017 he founded the Compliance Department for BlackRock in Hungary and spent four years building the compliance function for EXIM bank. Akos holds a Doctor's of Law degree from University of Szeged, and he is a certified AML specialist.
Alan Neradny is Accenture Country Legal and Compliance Counsel responsible for its legal operations the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria.

Botond Mandics is Chief Legal Advisor of JCDecaux Hungary Zrt., the world’s largest out-of-home media company, and is a member of the company's Strategic Management Team. Botond has worked for over 12 years in the media industry. Prior to joining JCDecaux, he served as the General Counsel of TV2 Media Group, after spending eight years in a regional role at the European Headquarters of HBO. In addition, during his tenure at the Budapest office of Squire Sanders, he advised other media and telecommunications companies mainly on regulatory matters. Botond graduated from Pazmany Peter Catholic University in 2003, and in 2004 he obtained his Master’s degree from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, Italy.

Daniel Szeszler is the Group Legal Director of Magyar Telekom. His first role after graduating from law school was with White & Case Budapest, where he focused primarily on disputes and regulatory matters. His tenure with the firm was interrupted to pursue an LLM at University College London and an internship with the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris. In 2010, Szeszler joined Magyar Telekom in a senior expert role. In January 2013 he took on the role of Head of General Legal Department — one of the then three legal departments at Magyar Telekom — and he was appointed the Group Legal Director in July 2014. In this role he oversees a team of 30 lawyers and is responsible for all legal services provided to/within Magyar Telekom Group, as well as the legal representation of the Group in front of courts and authorities.
David Dimsits is Senior Legal Manager for Cognizant Technology Solutions Hungary, where he leads the company's Budapest-based legal team and provides legal support to the business units across Continental Europe. His role also involves the training and mentoring of junior colleagues and overseeing legal process improvement and automation. Prior to Cognizant, David worked at Vodafone Shared Service Center and a several Hungarian law firms. He holds a degree from the University of Pecs.
Dino Aganovic is the Head of Legal and Compliance at Heta Asset Resolution BiH. During the Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank days (2013-2014), he acted as the Director of the Legal Team, and he has represented the Bank in the General Assembly of Chamber of Commerce FBiH between August 2014 and January 2015. Between April 2014 and August 2016 he was also a Member of a Supervisory Board of Hypo’s Fund Management Company. Before joining Hypo, Aganovic was the Head of Legal and HRM at Intermerkur Nova d.o.o. Sarajevo and Mersteel d.o.o. Sarajevo (Merkur).

Dunja Hasanovic is an experienced legal professional based in Belgrade, Serbia. She is the Head of Legal at the I&F McCann Group, in which capacity she advises the creative and management teams of all McCann Adriatic agencies on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters throughout the SEE region. Prior to joining the I&F McCann Group, Dunja was in-house counsel in the public service sector and with several NGOs. Dunja holds a Bachelor's degree from Belgrade University and is currently pursuing an LL.M. at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She enjoys traveling and urban jungle projects.

Emese Kiss is Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the EU Region at Philip Morris International, where he oversees a team of around 50 lawyers across Europe and is responsible for legal services provided to PMI’s European business. Emese first joined Philip Morris International in 1995 as lead attorney for Hungary. In 1996, she moved to the company’s headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, where she held positions of increased responsibility, including that of Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Prior to her career at PMI, Emese spent five years as an Associate for the law firm Shearman & Sterling, working in the New York, Paris, and Budapest offices, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, debt and equity offerings, and project financings. She holds a Doctor of Law and Political Sciences degree from the Eotvos Lorand University Faculty of Law.

As Head of Legal at Diageo Hungary, Gabor Kukovecz, leads a team of over ten professionals providing various legal services within the Diageo Group globally. Gabor is also responsible for the management of the in-house legal function at the Hungarian Diageo entities. Before joining Diageo in 2012, he also had a short but valuable spell at British America Tobacco (BAT), a role which required him to counsel the business functions and cross-functional teams in order to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, as well as managing all litigation related to BAT Hungary’s business activities. In 2008, he became the legal manager of the Invitel International Group, responsible for providing legal support for its ten subsidiaries from Vienna to Istanbul.
Gabor Sulyok is Head of Compliance at Novartis Hungary, where he is responsible for the design and implementation of compliance and ethics programs and risk assessment. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest in 2002 he accepted positions as Legal Counsel with Generali Insurance then with the Budapest Airport, then spent eight years as a Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer with Citibank. He then another year and a half as a Compliance Advisor with the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank before joining Novartis Hungary in July of 2017.
Georg Baldauf specialises in strategic communications; e.g. crisis- and litigation communications, financial PR and investor relations as well as corporate and public affairs.
Gergo Budai became Deputy CEO at Vodafone Hungary responsible for legal, regulatory, security, PR, and wholesale in September 2017. Previously, Gergo was the General Counsel and Deputy CEO at Invitel since 2012. Earlier still, he was Legal Director and then Regional Legal Director at Pfizer for six years, and before that a Senior Associate at White & Case for another six years. He received his Doctor of Law and Political Sciences degree from the Pazmany Peter Katolikus Egyetem in 2001.
Gligorije Brajkovic is the Head of Legal and Compliance for UniCredit Bank in Serbia. Gligorije has been with his company for over eight years after serving as an Advisor to the Management Board with Delta Generali Osiguranje between November 2007 and June 2009. Prior to that he was the Head of the Compliance Department at Raiffeisen Banka Beograd from November 2003 to November 2007. Earlier still, he worked as a Senior Legal Advisor for one year with ProCredit Bank. Brajkovic is a Graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade.
Ildiko Kollar is Vice President, Legal Counsel CEE at Prologis, where she is responsible for providing legal support to the company’s operations in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, including drafting and negotiating lease agreements, managing real estate transactions, providing legal advice to operations, taking care of corporate matters, and supervising external counsel. As part of Prologis's European legal department, Ildiko collaborates with other Prologis legal counsel to ensure cross-border co-ordination of requirements of international customers. She joined Prologis in 2008 from Salans (now Dentons), where she represented Prologis from 2005. She received her JD degree from Eotvos Lorand University of Budapest in 1995 and obtained a postgraduate diploma in EC Law from King’s College, London in 2000.

Janos Puskas is President of the Hungarian Corporate Compliance Society. Janos has worked as a compliance and investigations specialist and litigator. As in-house counsel to a .com company, Janos has dealt with legal issues related to digital advertising, online products, content claims, hate speech and online harassment, data privacy, as well as regulatory enforcement matters. In Hungary, Janos is seen as an expert in online surveillance and encryption regulations.
